LEFT
CHEST |
Most left chest size
designs are 3" - 4" wide
There are exceptions
when a design has one
dimension that is
several times larger
than the other. The size
of many designs is
dictated by the smallest
text in the design. |

HATS |
Cap logo height is about
2.00"...width is usually
about 4 - 4.5"
|
|
VISORS |
There is only 1-1.25"
height of sewing space
on a visor |
|
TEXT |
.24" is generally the
smallest text that will
sew cleanly (cap block)
Embroidered words
exceeding 4 inches wide
per line should be
placed on another line.
For small lettering,
sometimes it's necessary
to capitalize all text
for better legibility. |

BACK |
Approx. 8" x 11"-
can be more using split
